Billing address problem

in the new store there is no choice like N/A for the state/province. First i dont fill it but it said i must type at least 2 characters. what should i do? Will it conflict with the billing adress of my credit card recorded at my bank???

If you don't have anything like a State or Province, I would put in "--" (without the quotes). See if that works.
