SOE gel pack leakage?

Hi,
I just got my order of NPA and 7 SOE gel packs, and I noticed that the SOE packs are wet and perfumed on the outside. Is this how they are supposed to be, or should I assume that a pack or more have leaked or broken during transport? They seem to be full, even though I didn't squeeze them much.

UPDATE: OK, I found the offender, a gel pack had leaked. No biggie, I guess I'll just have to try it. ;)

Yeah, I was going to say it sounds like one got flattened in the journey. It has been a persistent problem and no amount of bubble wrap seems to keep it from happening.

We are good for it though, so not to worry. Just send an email to
support@love-scent.(etc etc.. avoiding spam bots) If it is only one packet, and you figure you'll order again sometime, you could wait until you have just placed another order and we can throw a couple in with that order. We can send it anytime though.

No worries though, it's just a packet, no need to go into the hassle of sending another one. The content was usable in the sense of 'start small' anyway. :)

Just received a shipment of 18 SOE gel packs, not a hint of the scent on the outside ... all that extra bubble wrap seems to do the trick :)
