Primal oils and aromatherapy

I´m a bit curious about these primal oils...what kind of effects they have(aromatherapeutic)?

i have citrus SPMO and when i smell it, it does affect me some how positively. the bottle says it has some nol in it. it's nice, gonna get amber soon.

As far as I know, they are synthetics.

There are no aromatherapy effects to the SPO's, which are synthetic fragrances, and do not contain essential oils.

That is not to say they don't smell good.
