On Bruce's birthday (yes I know there is already a thread about it) I got to thinking about all the interactions that I have had with different business people over the years, and I realized that this is the best expierience I have ever had with someone I didn't know personally. Here's an example: When I ordered Chickara and it was a leaky bottle, I wrote customer service and received a new bottle within a week and didn't even have to spend money on postage to send the old one back. He runs great specials, is interactive in his own forums, and really seems to care about his customers as if they were his friends. I will never buy from anyone else regardless of price!!!!!!!! If you are a newbie, I hope you read this and trust this man (and no I have nothing to gain for writing this). Those of you who feel the same please take a moment a let Bruce know that all his hard work is well apreciated. Bruce if your ever in Pittsburgh, PA, your bar tab is on me!
