I have noticed an advertisment for APC AND NPA COMBO for men on the love-scent site does that mean if I purchase i won't need to mix and its already mixed together????

they are in seperate bottles so you will have to mix them in a atomizer or something, or you can apply them seperatly to yourself like i do

Yes, that way you can apply a little of one and more of the other - or the other way round. Combo just means that as a "special sale" they are offered together at a lower price than if you bought them separately.
