Okay I ordered a sample pack and know that it says you have to pay a penny, but is that just to get the shopping cart to work or do I actually have to send a penny(and the S&H fees) or do they automatically send it? And if I do have to send do I just send the money, or a list of what I ordered?

im not sure i understand your question. how are you paying? credit card? paypal?
all i know is that i ordered the samples and with postage and the one penny it came out to $2.61. not exactly free, but a great way to experiment with different products at an incredibly minimal price.
my suggestion? just pay it, you'll be happy when you get your gel packs.

I've never ordered the sample packs by themselves.

I think the 1 penny puts them in the shopping cart for you. Then you pick your preferred way of shipping and pay for that + 1 penny.

Paypal won't process orders that have no cost, just postage, so Bruce added the one cent charge so those who wished to use Paypal could do so.

The 1 cent is as IP mentioned because of a problem with PayPal. It just doesn't like to see a zero in the product total. It's sort of a moot point anyway, since you have to pay for shipping and handling, which helps to defray the cost of sending out the samples a little. But the main purpose of having a charge for the samples is to get them into the hands of folks who are able to use a shopping cart. It's sort of an age/intelligence/financial-wherewithal test. If you pass the test, you get the samples. :-)

Ok, thanks. I just sent my money order by the normal mail service(Canada Post). How long would you guess it would take for you guys at Love Scent to recieve it?

Someone pointed out to me that you mentioned you are only in 8th grade. I personally and honestly don't think it is wise spending your money on pheromone products at that age. If your parents don't mind, that is up to them. Just check with them first, ok?
