Hi, is there anyone here with experience with either the Sedona Method or the Release Technique? I've heard that these are life changing and am trying to hear from more people before making the investment....

Hi: well its been about three months now and I have'nt done very much with this program. I find I fall asleep when I'm listening to the narrator. The program seems good but it bores me to death. I'm going to try to make an honest effort again. :)
