There had been a difficult situation in which my release form for used products was lost. After some work, the whole thing eventually got straigtened out.
The products arrived yesterday, I just retrieved them from my mailbox today. All three products were new, not used as I ordered.
Either:
A) The used products had all been sent out and Bruce went ahead and gave me new products to honor my order.
B) Bruce kindly sent new products because of the delay, etc.
I just thought I would publicily post this because the company deserves to have prospective custormers see that it will do what it has to do to rectify a situation.
