Atomizer problem

Hi again.
I was looking over my atomizer that I received today trying to figure out how to open it. their were no instructions.

I pulled the bottom cover off (it wasnt hard) but now I can\'t get the bottom back on to cover the bottle. Can anyone help me figure this out?

There\'s a plastic sleeve inside... stick your finger inside and pull it up before you put the bottle back.
