I got my order and i was wondering does the npa bottle post to be full?It is only filled up to the top of the label thats on the bottle.

i think that is normal chris

yes thats definetly normal. I have 3 unopened bottles of NPA and all of them come just up to the level of the label.

Yeah, that sounds about right. There should definitely be 5ml of fluid in the bottle in any case.
