Shipping question

Okay so my order (of \"pheros\") was shipped out last Friday (via US mail) and still hasn\'t gotten here. When should I start getting concerned? Sheesh the postal service is usually quicker than this, even across the country.

I have always had my orders delivered by the USPS in 3 days!!! EXCEPT the last two.... one took 13 days /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif and my Pheros was shipped on the same day as yours was, and I still haven\'t gotten mine either. I do expect it on Mon or Tues, so wait at least two weeks before you start to get concerned. I\'ll be spending a few more dollars from now on to get the Priority Mail.... 3-4 day service.

Most packages fall in the 3-5 day range; quite a few only 2 days even (maybe 10-15%), but a full week is not at all uncommon (maybe as many as 10% fall in there. From there it gets rarer and rarer, but alas we hear of customers waiting 2-3 weeks sometimes. 7-8 days is unfortunately pretty common.

Gossamer, glad to know that I\'m not the only one. I guess we will both be crossing out fingers these next few days! You are right, my packages used to arrive in just a few days too, I don\'t know what has changed lately.

I placed two orders recently. One sent from Thialand, the other from Mexico. They shipped the same day using their respective country\'s postal services. The one from Thialand arrived several days ago, the one form Mexico still hasn\'t. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Easter.
The postal and freight business always gets thrown by easter. The effects come in to force about a week beforehand and take a few days afterwards to sort themselves out.

Did anyone realize that we are fighting a war? God knows what Bush is doing with our tax money. My opinion? I ship fedex overnight every time. They provide ship tracking and convenient speed every time. Oh, and also, I always order with cold hard cash /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Basically if you don\'t have a credit/debit card/cheque to pay for stuff, you can get a postal order by going over to the post office, pay them however much, and they will give you that much in \"postal order vouchers\" which you can send through the post.
