      Default soe gel and te gel packs

      whats the

      recomended useage for each pack ive heard that the te is around 3-4 applications and the soe 1-2 applications

      correct?

      I tend to go with a whole pack

      in both instances ... I may be overdoing it with the TE but the SOE works like a charm
