One thing I noticed when wearing
AE/m, people would always ask me, are you ok? Is everything OK? Women especially, in a VERY maternal way.

Mungo,
Could you explain
what "tutor" means at Oxford. It sounds like we Americans use the word differently.
Thanks

Mungo, out of curiosity, what is
your favorite mix at this time and moment, and what is it about the mix/product that makes it top dog in your usage?
Thanks!

Mungo, I'm guessing you're in
grad school. If you're not, dang you have a great educational system! The "tutor" system is used in the USA at MA
and PhD levels, but we call them advisors, e.g., a professor that oversees your area speciality. The term tutor is
commonly used for student teachers that help other students having academic difficulty. For example, star football
players have tutors because they're usually a bit slow upstairs.

In Germany we have
tutors here at university too...maby a European thing

The negative thing about the european
educational system is how you guys get pigeon holed into specialized areas so dramatically.
I wonder how that
affects your career. Here, most people do not end up in the careers of their "majors", on a statistical average.
