My order was shipped on the 4th still not received any idea whaen it should be here

My orders arrive in the UK in approximately 10/12 days.

It might take longer if the order value is over $25 (??) when a customs fee is payable. The central Mount Pleasant postal sorting office in London calculates the fee & arranges for your local post office to charge you.

I got a card through the door says I got to pick up parcel and pay £13.77 is there anyway of getting round these charges?
Plus I missed the office hours, only open untill 1300 h. Royal mail is really a shite company these days. Must make sure I pick up tomorrow only open until 12 on a saturday

If you look on the UK Government Customs & Excise website - 'Importing goods bought on the Internet' - you can see how the charges are calculated. It is a combination of VAT &/or Customs charge plus a Royal Mail handling charge of £8

No charges are payable if the total order is under $25 (?) but with several orders you would pay more in postage overall.

Looking to purchase just the Alter ego on it's own to be delievered to UK,

1. How long would the delivery take?
2. Do you think I may need to pay additional custom charges once it get delivered to UK ??

It will take approximately 3 weeks if you use 1st class international mail. If it is over $25 yes you will have to pay some duties and taxes
